AMERICANAFEST, hosted by the Americana Music Association, is a five-day festival and conference that brings together artists, fans, and professionals in the world of Americana, folk, roots, and the blues. A conference is held at the Hilton Embassy Suites downtown, presenting seminars, panels, and exclusive performances by industry professionals. For multiple nights, some of Nashville’s most beloved venues will host performances by 200+ artists, including Amy Grant, Shakey Graves, Grace Potter, and hundreds of local musicians/bands.
The Americana Music Association is a professional trade organization whose mission is to “advocate for the authentic voice of American Roots Music around the world.” The 26th annual AMERICANAFEST will take place September 15-19, 2026, gathering thousands of Americana artists, fans, and industry professionals from all over the world in Nashville, TN. The conference portion of the event features numerous panels, seminars, daytime performances, and much more. AMERICANAFEST will feature hundreds of live performances at Nashville's most prominent venues, such as 3rd & Lindsley, the Exit/In, the City Winery, the Eastside Bowl, and much, much more! However, wristbands do not guarantee entry if the venue is at capacity. If there is a must-see band on your list, we suggest arriving at the venue early.
