Dolan: “Reckless”

Dolan Gets Vulnerable and Bold

with New Genre-Bending Single

“Reckless”

Texas-based singer-songwriter Dolan has returned with a soulful new single that’s already turning heads. Released in May of 2025, "Reckless" is a raw, emotional ride through the thrill of falling hard — and fast — for someone who makes you want to forget the rules and leap. Blending country, rock, and soul, the track perfectly captures the adrenaline of love without hesitation.

‘Reckless’ is about falling and continuing to fall in love,” Dolan says. “Have you ever met someone who stops you from overthinking and makes you just want to jump?” That leap-of-faith spirit runs through every note of the song, wrapped in a powerful vocal delivery and electric production that feels equal parts vulnerable and bold. It’s a testament to Dolan’s genre-bending artistry and his natural gift for emotional storytelling.

Based in Fort Worth but Tennessee-raised, Dolan brings real-life experience and heart to everything he does. As an adoptive father of four, his music is steeped in personal meaning—never performative, always sincere. That connection shines through in “Reckless,” which balances passionate intensity with grounded relatability. His lyrics invite listeners to live the song’s story alongside him.

Dolan’s influences range from Chris Stapleton and Teddy Swims to Leon Bridges and the late Chris Cornell, and you can hear all those threads woven into his music: the grit, the soul, the emotion. With plans to release more music over the next two years, "Reckless" marks the start of an exciting new chapter — one that proves Dolan isn’t afraid to take risks, tell the truth, and chase love with his whole heart.
